[GNC] Keyboard shortcut (or icon) to jump to COA

If you right-click any tab (or any empty space on the tab bar) a list will appear where you can select the Accounts tab. (or any other tab) If you always leave the CoA in the first position, the travel to click it is nill. (and it auto-selects on hover, so just one additional left-click will do it.)

There are shortcuts (noted in the ‘Windows' menu) for ’Show next/previous tab’ but alas, there is not a jump to the Accounts tab.

Adrien
