[GNC] Error Retrieving Price Quotes - Windows 10

I am still running 3.10. It seems that I am getting the following error
from bloomberg.pm
When I try to run "perl gnc-fq-dump -v bloomberg ALLAMAI:LX", it returns
something like
"Are you a Robot?"
"We've detected unusual activity from your computer network"
"To continue, please click the box below to let us know you're not a robot"
Any suggestions?
