[GNC] Open Files Error with Chinese Path Name in V4.0

Hi John,

Thank you for response.

Open the program, File Explorer, then find the .gnucash file and open it by double click. This shows error message as I mentioned below.

It's working well to open the file from GNC File>Open.

By File Explorer do you mean Windows Explorer or the File Chooser that you use from File>Open? Which ever it is, does the other way work?
