[GNC] importing csv multisplit multicurrency problems

If you are using the 3.x series, there’s a convenient CSV price importer that works well. You can even save the CSV price file template for future use, so you’d have to set it up only once.

That should alleviate a lot of burden in entering prices in price database manually.
