[GNC] problems with Finance::Quote 1.49 and and gnucash Build ID: 3.8b+(2019-12-29) on windows 10 64 bit

Mitchell,

You haven't explained what your issue was with trying to install it
originally as per the gnucash instructions - please clarify as this might
have a bearing on what you are experiencing as per your following emails.

On Win 10 Pro you need to click the Windows Start Menu icon, then All Apps,
then go to the "G" group where you should find a"Gnucash" group. If you
expand this you should find the "Install Online Price Retrieval" which you
click on to install Strawberry Perl and the rest of the price retrieval app.

So did you find this OK and get some sort of error when you ran it or what ?
