[GNC] Can't finish the Online Banking wizard:

I am not able to to complete the Online Banking wizard, the steps are:

I successfully created a userid and loaded accounts from Fidelity
program returns me to Start Online Banking Wizard window
The 'Next'  Button is grayed out and I can't click on Match Online account
or progress on the setup

Any ideas to complete the wizard?
