[GNC] Wrong running balances in reports

IIRC, in some views the running total is not shown at all when it is not in
sort order. In other views it is shown out of sequence, but it is correct
if the view including the running totals is re-sorted to the 'correct'
sequence. Thus it is not actually wrong, it is just out of sequence.
That is my opinion.
