[GNC] Cannot Obtain Lock error?

Hi,

"latest" is no version. Without OS/Distri and Gnucash version we have no
clue, what you are using.

In the current version the only file with "lock" in messages is
https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/blob/maint/gnucash/gnome-utils/gnc-file.c
I seen no occurrence of "lock" where no explanation follows.
