[GNC] entering bank transactions.

I found the answer was to uncheck "place holder"

Hi,

When I double click on Checking Account in Accounts it does not open . I need to do this in order to enter a transaction.  However, it works perfectly for Petty Cash Account or Saving Account, so must be something particular about Checking Account.  Maybe there is another cash book entry screen for this particular account , but I do not see it.
Am a new user, so finding my way around. Could not find under FAQs or user guide, just to let you know I did look there first so as not to bother community unnecessarily.
