[GNC] Multi-split multi-currency Transaction Import from CSV

Dear community,

Is the multi-split multi-currency transactino import from CSV still known to be making errors and thus dangerous to use / not stable yet? Or is it safe to use with the latest GNU version?

I found a few threads discussing this issue of the importer, and not sure what the current state is. Please advise.
