[GNC] GnuCash 4.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

I recall having this problem when trying to build on 20.04. I never
solved it and gave up. (I use Mac as my daily driver)
I would think there is a file with a requirement for 1.65 hardcoded in
error, when it should be looking for >= 1.65.
