[GNC] Can't input alphabet under Windows 10 (Japanese)

Hello.

I'm using Gnucash with Japanese enviroment under Windows 10.

 From version 4.0, I can't input alphabet due to this bug.

This bug is critical for me.

MinGW-w64's GTK+ package is updated to version 3.24.23.
https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk3?repo=mingw64
But maint branch build log shows
Gnucash is built with GTK+ version 3.24.20 that contains problem.
Of course, I tried the newest maint build and found that bug occured.

Should I build Gnucash from source?
