[GNC] Finance Quote after a MacOS update

Thanks Dave.
Just reinstalled CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX11.3.sdk, then followed your instructions, did sudo cpan -f -i JSON::Parse, all done now.
"Get Quote" came back now……
