Yes, but THAT time stamp (when run, when report was created) has nothing 
to do with the report dates.

It doesn't matter how many times you run (for example)  with 
transactions that were missed inserted or other corrections made between 
runs. The "date" of the report for "end of third quarter" remains 9/30
