[GNC] [GNC-dev] GnuCash 4.9 Released

I'm getting the same as David H. When I click on the GnuCash home page 
link for 'GnuCash 4.9 for Apple macOS ≥ 10.13—"High Sierra" ', I get a 
SourceForge "Whoops, we can't find that page." error page, presumably 
for a HTTP 404 Not Found error.
