Of course it gets rounded. As I said, there is no such thing as a fraction of a Euro-cent. 
Over time the rounding should average out so that you have only a few cents error that you can resolve with a rounding-correction entry to get the trial balance to balance. You might need to keep a separate spreadsheet with the amounts your crypto-exchange reports to track the rounding differences.
