[GNC] flatpak 4.4 reports anomaly

Elmar,

A fair amount of Scheme API was deprecated in 3.x and removed in 4.x. Look through the NEWS file for which ones. There should be Scheme backtraces in the trace file that will help identify the source of the crash.
