[GNC] Wildcard matching on import

Paul,

You might look at <https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bayes> for a start.  I am
not sure if this page has been updated for the changes that were made when
GnuCash added a way to edit the matching criteria. For general concept I
would Google "Bayesian Matching"
