[GNC] Wildcard matching on import

You can file an RFE in Bugzilla.
You could put it on overvoice.
We have not had good success with crowd funded development.
Depending on whether you want QIF or other methods, it's either Scheme of C 
hacking.  Github PR is best option to submit code.
