[GNC] Avoiding fractions in invoice reports

Thanks Adrien: I was not at all aware that option existed.

Changed it as you suggested and.... no effect. I restarted GnuCash for
good measure and still nothing.

Perhaps because these aren't prices/currency but quantities and percentages?
