[GNC] Recent list in file menu

It is a hidden preference/setting. (not normally accessible)

In MacOS, there is a plist file you can edit, not sure about Windows or 
Linux.

There was a thread within the last month or two with the solution. (and 
it might be on the Wiki. Did you check?)
