[GNC] UK specific: MTD - Making Tax Digital

Of the 6, I have to confess that I read it too hastily and I don't have to
do VAT, so the VAT bridge won't be of interest to me.

But crikey, if you can't use GnuCash for MTD, it's not much use anymore, is
it?
