[GNC] Finance Quote Not working on MacBook Air M1 chip

Super. I guess you needed to install JSON::Parse and maybe other dependencies in the Rosetta instance. No doubt it's lost now but I wonder if during the Rosetta install cpan saw that it was already installed and couldn't tell that it was for the wrong architecture.
