[GNC] Accounting for GST in Australia

At one time I lived in Boulder County, Colorado. The city limit ran along the street at the side of my house. Across the street was a city park.
Colorado sales tax is 2.9%
Boulder County 0.99%
City of Boulder 3.86%
Transit District 1%
Scientific and Cultural 0.1%

If I bought things in a store in Boulder, I paid the full 8.85%. Items delivered to my house were exempt from the City tax.
