[GNC] I didn't like the dark theme. How to force using the default theme ?

@Parker Graham-2: Thank you for the gtk-3.0.css file.
It changed the font size and other visual elements, but the dark text on
dark background on selections was not fixed.

Digging a bit more, I found the perfect solution. Just add to
$HOME/.profile:
export GTK_THEME='Breeze-Light gnucash'

And only gnucash is affected and now it uses the indicated theme, even if
the desktop theme is another one.
