[GNC] Enable Online Stock Price Updating in GnuCash

It would seem that there are some splits missing:
- realized gains/losses
- broker fees
- handling dividends

You can use the Experimental / IFRS weighted-average cost-basis report to *
*attempt** to interpret stock activity into a meaningful report. It is not
complete yet.
