[GNC] CSV matching produces duplicates?

Curious, if you fix them afterwards, outside of the matcher, how do you 
expect the matcher to learn what you have done?

The place to correct the matcher is in the matcher. Anything outside of 
that, the matcher has no cognizance of.

Or am I misunderstanding the request?
