Hi,

The current version is 4.5 which you can d/l here:
https://www.gnucash.org/download.phtml

You shouldn't have any issues upgrading from 4.1 to 4.5 since it's not a
major release change as detailed here:
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Using_Different_Versions.2C_Up_And_Downgrade
