[GNC] Categories list to setup New Account Hierarchy

Hi,

The hierarchy data is all donated; if it doesn't exist, that means nobody
has built one and donated it.

You are welcome to do so.

You can build a hierarchy by hand by creating accounts, one by one, and
naming them and placing them in the hierarchy.  Unfortunately, for new
locales, especially with a localized language, that's the only way to do
it until someone donates a hierarchy.
