[GNC] apply a factor to profit/loss report

Hi,

Is it possible to apply a factor (or coefficient) to accounts in the
profit/loss report? And if yes, then how please?

Example: there is an account X with 100€, but I want to use only 70% of
the amount in the report, that is 70€.
