No, nothing has changed since April AFAICT. The instructions at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/OFX_Direct_Connect_Bank_Settings#USAA <https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/OFX_Direct_Connect_Bank_Settings#USAA> produced credentials that still worked as of yesterday when I retrieved my credit card transactions.
