[GNC] Newest version for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

If you install from flatpak you will get the current version. However
note that there is currently a bug with 4.7 that prevents it from
opening, so you may want to wait on that.

sudo apt install flatpak
sudo flatpak install org.gnucash.GnuCash

flatpak run org.gnucash.GnuCash
