[GNC] How to manage multiple accounts (as in separate gnucash databases)?

... and the --nofile option doesn't appear to do what it says it does.
The man page says:-
--nofile
Do not load the last file opened
However with the --nofile option gnucash doesn't even open a file
whose name you give it on the command line!
