[GNC] Company share restructure: How to enter/record

Hi all,

I've got a transaction I can not work out how it should be handed.

I have 10 shares in Company A, and it was restructured/converted to 6 
shares in Company B. There is no capital return/dividend etc. It's a 
straight conversion 10:6, with the company name being changed as well.

Open to all thoughts.
