Well, the PDF file which PayPal issues is apparently what they consider 
a "statement". So the issue is not that you can not see a way of getting 
a "statement", the issue is that you can not see how to get what you 
want in a statement. Those are slightly different.

Maybe give PayPal some customer feedback?
