[GNC] Rounding discrepancy in payment processing

[Dr. David Kirkby]

I see the problem with GnuCash 4.12 on Linux. My GnuCash is configured for
a default of GBP.
It's *very* weird. I have never seen this problem, but have accounts in
Euro, GBP and USD.
