[GNC] Transactions Buy/Sell

There are many reasons to have transactions in security accounts besides
buy and sell.  I always include a reference to the security with each
dividend entry and when there is a reallized gain or loss there is no buy
or sell in that entry.  Then there are other miscellaneous things that may
happen now and then.
