[GNC] column summary in transaction reports

Hi Karl
It's not quite what you asked for, but the Cash Flow report will give
you separate Debit & Credit totals for one or more Accounts over a given
date range, however you cannot filter, or even see, the underlying
transactions.
See attached screenshot.
