[GNC] Idiots guide to building GNC 4.9 on Ubuntu 20.04LTS

*Caveat, I haven't tried building 4.9 yet, or used the referenced
script, but the below should still apply generally:

You're not dealing with a PPA.

The script is getting the source from Github and then building.

A PPA contains already built packages.

The wiki shows how to get info from the tracefile and how to run from
the terminal to get error output.

Reporting back that info, might enable someone here to help you figure
out why the app built successfully, but doesn't run properly.

You are (allegedly) beyond the build stage. Now you have run-time
problems. (which could be due to a faulty build, but without precise
error info, there is no way to know)

Regards,
Adrien
