[GNC] eBay Managed Payment

Hi Dale,

I know with xero A2X works pretty well for either marketplace (AMZ / 
Shopify / eBay).

And I believe, instead of posting the statements directly to the 
actually bookkeeping software, you might be able to generate CSVs.

These are my two cents for it...hope this help.
