[GNC] how to make the "Note" column to show in the split transaction

Heide,

If you have the View-> Autosplit Ledger mode enabled then in an account register when you select a transaction it will
open displaying all splits on subsequent lines. The firts line will be the transaction description in the description
field and for the individual splits the description field will contain the Memo associated with each individual split.
There is no Notes field associated with the transactions just with the Account and it can be displayed in the Account
Tab.  There you can click on the down arrow at the right of the header bar and select Notes in the pop-up that appears
to show the account notes ( and other useful account info).
