[GNC] Revisiting the pre-paid invoice (coupon, credit note)

Thank you all for valuable input on this.

Version 4.10 appears to have resolved the issue, I can now enter invoices, bills and payments with the needed accounts.

Victor, I don't know how my entries were different from yours. Now it works for me too. Thanks

Pretty sure that?s been around for quite a few versions.  I?ve been marking bills paid with Liabilities:Credit Card for as long as I?ve been using GnuCash (2012? 2013??)
