[GNC] Online crypto value quote

OK, we need to try and find out why Finance::Quote itself is not working.

Please try this command (all one line):

perl -MFinance::Quote -e 'my $q = Finance::Quote->new(); print 
$q->fetch(q/yahoo_json/,q/IBM/);'
