[GNC] Question about Assemblies

Hi there, i am a interested in abandoning my Accounting software and looking to see if Gnucash will work for my one person business.

The main issue is that i manufacture items to sell and need software that can account for assemblies.  This can go by the name of manufacture/build or assembly.  Sage 50 calls this Assembly.

If someone can let me know if builds are easily possible with gnucash and direct me to literature on this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
