[GNC] 4.10 cannot be opened on macOS Big Sur w/Apple Silicon

I can confirm. Running 4.10 off the GitHub .dmg on Monterey 12.3, MacBook Air with M1 CPU.

As soon as I start entering text in the description field of a transaction, the application crashes.
