[GNC] Customizing invoices

Helmut,

I just filed bug: https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798493

This is also a problem with the Unit Price field.

The invoice itself contains the desired precision as you noted, but the 
Report alters it.

Rather than a preference or option to edit the report directly (a 
Herculean task) the Report should simply print the data unchanged.
