[GNC] How does one change the number of decimal places in stock account?

I saw your response on the above question and have a similar. I am trying to enter a 4 decimal price for a stock under Tools and price database but always rounds to 2 decimal places. In the preference set up I have set the number of decimal places to 4 but this not make any difference. Before version 4.6 it worked okay.
