[GNC] Startup issue - two windows

I have Tip of the Day enabled.
I have Scheduled transactions enabled.
Sometimes, when I start gnucash,
the Tip of the day popup window shows,
then after the file is fully loaded,
something about Scheduled transactions window shows
(but is hidden by the Tip of the day).
Clicking on the Close button of the Tip of the day does NOT close it.
I do not know what the Scheduled transactions window wants
as I cannot see it.
Pressing Enter, clears the Scheduled transactions window.
Then I can Close the Tip of the day window.
