[GNC] Deleting an account

I think the OP did, very clearly, describe in words what they wanted.  To whit, to combine the transactions held in the two children accounts into the parent account and remove those two sub-accounts.  They achieved this, and noticed that there could be some improvement to the workflow, in particular, handling of scheduled transactions involving an account being deleted with its transactions going to a known target account.
