[GNC] Price update not working

Hello Alpha Vantage's standard API usage is limited to five (5) API requests per one (1) minute (https://www.alphavantage.co/premium/) My GnuCash (4.12) Price Database lists 22 securities and it takes FINANCE::QUOTE (1.53) slightly above 5min for the update.
